HiIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIi GHDEFJD GDFKHJKDH

According to Microsoft, understanding how Windows works is no easy task. If you're a regular home user, they imply, there's no need to worry your pretty little head about such technicalities. Get back to playing games and browsing the web: leave the clever stuff to us.
Of course, this isn't entirely true. Sure, most people won't gain anything from studying the data structures that surround a Windows process, for example. However, learning just a few fundamentals can help you to improve your PC's performance, troubleshoot problems and diagnose – or prevent – system crashes. And you don't need a degree in computer science to understand these ideas, either.
Thread count
Press [CTRL]+[Shift]+[ESC] to launch Task Manager, click the Processes tab and you'll see a lengthy list of programs running on your system. Click 'Show processes from all users' (on Vista) and you'll add even more, a total of over 60 on our test PC. That's a busy setup, but the reality for your processor could be even worse.
The fact is that a Windows process doesn't 'run' anything at all. It's just a collection of data relating to a program. Every process contains at least one thread, though, and it's this that executes program code. Click 'View Select Columns', find and check the Threads box, click 'OK' and you'll see that virtually all your processes have more than one thread. And many have considerably more: numbers of 10, 20 or 30 are by no means uncommon. Our test system had more than 600 threads listed, without opening a single application.
This doesn't mean all 600 threads want to run simultaneously, though, and Task Manager can reveal this, too. Click 'View Select Columns', check 'CPU Time' and click 'OK': you'll see most processes have very little or no recorded CPU use at all. These are like Windows Services, set up and ready to run, but not actually consuming any CPU time until you need them for something.
Still, even if some threads are dormant, there will often be more running than your CPU can handle at once. So how does the system decide which thread gets the most attention?

One Rajini-Five Heroines

Superstar Rajnikanth may be getting on in age, but that doesn't stop him from doing a song-and-dance sequence with as many as five top heroines in a Telugu film.
The number is being shot in the Ramoji Rao Film City.
The four heroines of 'Kucheludu' are Nayanthara, Meena, Mamta and Khushboo. Sneha is also likely to join them.
The film's climax and a scene involving 35 actors have already been shot over the past few days.

Rajini as a beggar

This is not a role in a new film, but a page from Superstar's life.
In his recently released biography 'The name is Rajnikanth’ there is an interesting anecdote. Post-'Sivaji', the actor was so overwhelmed by its success that he wanted to visit a temple in Bangalore. But his friend warned him that his presence there would cause a stampede. To avoid this, Rajni decided to go there in a disguise... dressed in a crumpled shirt and a simple veshti, and a shawl to cover his head, a dental prosthetic in place, the actor limped toward the temple as an old man!
So authentic was his appearance that a lady at the temple mistook him for a beggar and gave him a ten-rupee note. The actor for once did not show his surprise but continued his act. He went into the temple, took the lord's blessings and even dropped a hundred rupee note in the Hundial. When the lady saw this she was shocked. Imagine her surprise when she saw Rajni get into a posh car after the darshan. She apologised profusely and even wanted to take back the money she gave him.
But the Superstar, humble as he is, said that it was God's way of telling him however rich and famous he got, he was still a beggar at the feet of the Almighty. He kept the note with him as his most cherished possession.

'The Name Is RAJINIKANTH'

The name is Rajinikanth, the first "official" biography of Tamil superstar Rajinikanth (priced at Rs 490) written by Dr Gayathri Srikanth and published by 'Om Books International' was released at the Taj Connemera in Chennai on Thursday evening.
Veteran journalist Cho Ramaswamy, Soundarya Rajnikanth who represented the superstar, Former director of the Central Bureau of Investigation D Karthikeyan and AVM Saravanan were the guests at the function.
Cho in his usual style praised Rajinikanth for his phenomenal success as an actor, Cho said that Rajinikanth was a believer in spiritualism but he is not a spiritualist, an observer of politics but not a politician and an actor but not a showman. "It is impossible to define Rajini and whatever he does will be different. Tell me, which man engrossed in film world can go to Rishikesh and spend 15 days at a stretch? " he said.
Cho also said that if Rajinikanth decided to enter politics, as per wishes of the people of Tamil Nadu, he would provide an honest government in the state and would develop it as one of the finest states in the country.
Soundarya Rajnikanth gave a very brief speech in which she said: "I am here to represent my dad and I am proud to be the daughter of a great man." Gayathri Srikanth said Rajnikanth had narrated events of his life with great patience for the biography. The book has 375 pages with pictures.

He wanted Superstar to be the CM

Former prime minister Narasimha Rao offered to make superstar Rajinikanth the chief minister of Tamil Nadu if he contested as a congress candidate in the 1996 Assembly elections, according to the recently-released biography of the actor. Rajininkanth, who was at loggerheads with the then chief minister and AIADMK supremo Jayalalithaa and openly criticised her government triggering speculations about his entry into politics, received a phone call from Rao in 1995. Thanking the actor for his support to the Congress, the late prime minister indicated that his party would not be averse to making him the chief minister of the state, according to the book The Name is Rajinikanth, written by a city-based ophthalmologist Dr Gayathri Sreekanth. The Congress was an ally of the AIADMK then. When Rajinikanth sought time to think it over, Rao suggested a meeting between the two during his visit to Chennai. The meeting eventually took place at Congress headquarters ‘Satyamurthy Bhavan’, where the actor politely turned down the offer, the book said. Instead, Rajinikanth recommended senior Congress leader G K Moopanar for the chief minister’s chair, saying he would be a perfect candidate. “In the event of Congress forming a coalition government, I humbly request you to please consider joining with people who will do good for the state.I want Congress to be an ally of the DMK. I think it’s time we give the DMK a chance,” the book quoted him as saying.

Kamal's comment on TNiR

This is what Rajinikanth’s close friend and fiercest competitor Kamal Haasan had to tell about the book: ‘The Name Is Rajinikanth’.
“Dr Gayathri Sreekanth has a unique viewpoint. An angle Rajini fans most cherish. A low angle shot looking up at their hero. Dr Gayathri has not destroyed truth for the sake of sensationalism. A book of this sort in English is long overdue. Precious, little, private details about the superstar fills the book. Though I know most of them, it is still a good read. The rise of Rajini is a notable achivement and will be remembered in Tamil commercial cinema history. So will Dr Gayathri’s book. Have a good read.”

Superstar back in telugu

Superstar Rajinikanth is making a comeback to Telugu films after nearly 13 years. Shooting for the Telugu remake of his Tamil movie Kuselan began on Sunday. While Rajini retains his role in the remake, Telugu actors will help add that local flavour to the movie.
“It is a very special movie and I’m playing a very interesting role in it,” Rajini says.
Kuselan is a remake of the Malayalam movie Kadha Parayumbol. Telugu actor Jagapathy Babu will play the other lead in the unnamed Telugu version.
“Role demands that the two heroes don't know each other. In real life Jagapathy Babu has never met Rajini. I wanted to bring that freshness to the film,” Kuselan’s director P Vasu explains.
Meena and Nayantara will play the female leads. Incidentally Meena played the lead in both the Malayalam and Tamil versions. The producers are betting high on the success of the remakes.
“The Tamil and the Telugu version put together, we're going to be spending more than 60 crores rupees,” MD Seven Arts International G P Vijay Kumar says.
Incidentally it’s the first time Rajini is acting in a Telugu flick after Peddarayudu in 1995. And the excitement is evident.
“I've worked with N T Rama Rao way back. My dream is fulfilled, now that I’m working with the superstar,” the film’s producer, Ashwini Dutt, says.
The movie is being shot at Ramoji Film City and is slated for release in September.

Prabhu joins Kuselan

Every day superstar Rajini's Kuselan is getting bigger and broader shape than its original Kadha Parayumbol. Unlike in the Malayalam original, Rajini has accepted to do the enlarged version of Mammootty's role throughout the film and will be seen singing two duets with Nayanthara and feature in two action sequences to add the commercial weight to the film. Now, Prabhu, one of the actors close to the superstar also joins the cast of Kuselan. He will play the vital role as Mukesh did in the original version. Prabhu accepted to do the role on the personal and invitation from Rajini. So far Prabhu and Rajini have appeared in three movies.
His last movie with Rajini was Chandramukhi, a historical blockbuster of the superstar produced by Prabhu. It is also being said that action king Arjun has will appear with Rajini in few scenes in Kuselan.

Aamir on Robo

As may be recalled, Shankar whose last film with Rajinikanth, Shivaji – The Boss, was a blockbuster (both in South as well as Overseas), had first offered the lead role to Shahrukh Khan. The project did not take off with SRK due to creative differences regarding the script. The next we heard was that Aamir Khan was offered Robot, but refused it and Shankar then went back to his trusted lieutenant, Rajinikanth.
However, Aamir Khan has categorically denied that he was ever offered the 100 crore Robot! The actor perfectionist also advised that people should concentrate on his next release, the Ghajini remake, instead of baseless rumours. That should clear up matters, once and for all. Well, we cannot say about others, but we are surely excited about Aamir Khan's action extravaganza, the Ghajini remake!

6 crore for Ash

Aishwarya Bachchan, the former Miss World, has now officially declared her role in Superstar Rajinikanth's movie Robot through a press release. The actress has signed in the formal agreement and received a whopping amount (Rs.2 cr) as advance, which would be the highest ever paid to an Indian actress to do a film in any language! The total salary is almost Rs.6 crores!!According to Ayngaran, now Aishwarya has allotted bulk dates in May and June for Robot and the remaining dates will be allotted in the next 18 months as available from her call sheet diary.
Shankar and Ayngaran expressed their 'immense pleasure' over the successful completion of the deal. Superstar Rajinikanth, has already expressed his pleasure and congratulated the actress over phone.

Arjun in Robo

Here is one more gossip about Robot! It is about action king Arjun who is reported to be joining the superstar for the first time in this prestigious project of Indian film industry. According to the sources, Arjun has been roped in for a pivotal role in this film, but not a negative one.Acting as a co-star with superstars is not a new experience to Arjun. He has already done as one of the heroes in Kuruthipunal, the classic action movie with Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Hassan. Not only that, personally Arjun is a great fan of Rajini. He always mentioned the superstar as his mentor and on many occasions praised Rajini's noble heart and brave activities in reel as well as real.
It may be recalled that he is the first actor who daringly supported Rajini at the time his 'one day fast' to urge the centre to implement Cauvery Tribunal's Interim Award at Chennai. Quoting all these facts, the sources firmly say that it might be quit possible for the screen appearance of action king with the box office king for the first time in Robot!!

Pooja for ROBO

The official pooja of Superstar Rajinikanth's mega movie Robot directed by Shankar will be held in the second week of April and the movie will go to the floors by the month of May, as announced by Ayngaran Films International, the producers of the film. The photo-shoot was held last month at AVM Studio and now Ocher Studio Managing Director Soundarya Rajinikanth is busy with the designing work of the stills taken during the shoot. It is expected that Rajini would finish his portions in Kuselan before Robot goes to the floors by May. The actor has allotted 25 days call sheet to Kuselan, the bilingual in Tamil and Telugu.
Though the unexpected demise of writer Sujatha, who was working with Robot team, had shocked the unit, the director is looking confident, because he has got the completed script work that was handed over by the writer to Shankar just few days before his death.
